Booking, care and privacy

Cancellations and changes

Reschedule or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment. Inside 24 hours the £10 deposit is retained; the remainder is never charged. No-shows forfeit the deposit.

Deposits and payment

A £10 deposit holds your slot and comes off the treatment price. The balance is settled in the studio by card or cash. Prices include VAT.

Lateness

We hold your room for 15 minutes. After that the session runs to its original finish time so the next guest is not delayed.

Hygiene and products

Files, buffers and applicators are single-use. Towels and linens are laundered after every guest and rooms are cleaned between appointments. Oils are cold-pressed and bases are fragrance-free; ask at reception for the full ingredient list.

Health and pregnancy

Tell us about injuries, recent surgery, skin conditions, allergies or pregnancy when you book. Some treatments are adapted rather than declined, and deep tissue work is not offered in the first trimester.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from purchase, may be used against any treatment, and are non-refundable. Any remaining balance stays on the card.

Privacy

We keep your contact details and treatment notes to run your appointments and nothing else. We do not sell data or share it outside the studio. Ask us at any time to see or delete your record.
